Provence Gallery
houses the visual art of over 40 practising W. A. artists from both country and city. These paintings form the nucleus of an on-going exciting, mixed exhibition. You will find the full spectrum of styles and mediums in this ever changing exhibition of paintings. The perfect place to browse or buy affordable works for you home or office. The works are for sale indirectly from the artist, with the gallery selling on commission.

Impressionists Gallery This lovely designed part of the complex protrudes into the car -park, and was purpose built to house the 'atmospheric' water colours of artist "Maureen Sylvia", the owner. However, it can have multiple uses, and is at times used for small solo or group exhibitions. In addition, for poetry readings and music and also can be hired for small meetings.

Monet Main Gallery is the larger, sunlit gallery and is usually the venue for SOLO EXHIBITIONS on a three-weekly cycle. Its high ceilings, roof window and brick column together with views to the back terrace make this a very special space for viewing separate solo exhibitions. Usually about six per year. At other times it houses paintings from the gallery's regular stable of over 40 artists. Artists interested in this exhibition space should phone the gallery on 9277 3685. The Gallery is also available for small weddings.

Coffee & Chat You will find the urn is always on, and there is free tea/coffee for you to make then enjoy in the courtyards."LILY & JACK'S COFFEE LOUNGE and TEA GARDENS" will be opening in the future.

Artists at work. Within the complex there is a studio area where you will sometimes, on a Sunday, find an artist/craftsperson at work for your enjoyment. This artist's presence will be complementary to the main purpose of "Monet Gallery of Fine Arts", which is to exhibit work by established W.A. Artists and emerging W. A. Artists. On occasion there may be exhibitions of overseas artists form France or Italy. The gallery also has a strong connection with art from Broken Hill.

Artists in Residence . From time to time the adjoining Gallery flat will be available for artists or writers in residence. One bedroom can be used as a studio. It is not suitable for the painting of large works. Enquiries on 9277 3685. 3 - 12 months arrangements are possible and references / referees are essential.
